To the brat that posted the review above. First of all cars have two motor mounts not three. Your grandma bought you the car because you don't have the credit to do so yourself. Or a job!!! You wined when the dealership got a truck in that you then wanted. You acted as if your car was broken so she would get you the truck. The car had nothing wrong with it and in fact sold soon after and has had no issues at all with its new owner. Then when you saw a $40,000 truck on the lot you acted as if your new truck was broken so grandma would buy you another one!!!! Again your truck had no issues as you stated!!!! You just need to grow up and stop acting like a brat!!! And also clean up and dress and act like a lady!!!! Not like a brat little boy. This dealership is a great dealership. They do everything in their power to help all customer before and after the sale!
I also had a very bad experience with Big Island Used Cars, along very much the same lines as the previous poster. One assumes a fair amount of risk in buying a used car, sure - but these guys appear to buy vehicles they can slap a band aid on, charge way more than it's worth...then dump it on an unsuspecting consumer and walk away.
full-on scammers here, typical used car dealers. i paid $8000. for a car that turned out to be pure trouble...brought it back, they charged me an additional $600. for service, allegedly performed "at the dealership". same symptom returned a very short time later, i then brought it to the dealership myself...they checked the VIN against their database and stated they had never seen this vehicle. not the pictures of honesty, this outfit...
