Sears Parts & Repair Center

They repeatedly have ordered the wrong part for our washer and it takes weeks for the part to even get here....we haven't had a working washer in almost two months due to this and the customer service is horrible. Managers are unavailable to speak to, calls are never returned...living as far away from hilo as we do its not like we can just go down to the laundry mat to keep up with washing on a consistent basis. It's total crap.

Washer overflowed. Tenant called Sears repair. They arrived hours after the time given. Talked to tenant. Told him what they thought was wrong. Never examined the washing machine.. Charged $82. Told him the machine was manufactured in 2007, when in fact it was purchased in 2014.. Tried to get him to make an immediate repair decision. Then said the switch might not still be stuck and left. NEVER LOOKED OR TOUCHED THE WASHER.AND CHARGED 82.

yet another customer service line complaint. They invite you to leave a message and number and promise a return call. They never called me back.

Poor customer service. Transferred 3 times on the phone and put on hold for over 10 minutes, did not even get a quote to come out. Call taker was a BITC*.

I hate it when my craftsmen stuff breaks because I know I will have to deal with their terrible customer service line.
