The office staff could be the most inept, unprofessional, and uncaring in the industry. I have lost 2 months of my life waiting desparatrely for simply a initial consultation, now I find out that surgery would be another 2 to 3 months away after the consultation visit. They were not caring or compassionate enough to advise me of the wait.I have no Idea what the medical team is like because I am months away from seeing them. What is wrong with these uncompassionate people, no courtesy follow up calls or concern for my condition. Stay away from this office, seek medical care at another facillty. I will continually check this review to ensure it stays up. I would give it negative stars if I could.
