**for their 323 Rahway Ave location**Cost: about $112.The good: location is easy to get to.The bad: employees don't listen, are lazy and customer service is deplorable. The Ugly: according to mgmt, it's common for drivers to leave with wet interiors after a full detail. They will promise to do things like: no touch your stuff or put on seat covers. Instead of doing these things, they will stuff all of your stuff into a cheap plastic garbage bags, then throw everything into your trunk. The story: I paid for a full interior/exterior detail at 1pm Friday (and it wasn't busy). At 6pm Friday, the interior was still soaked (think little kids playing in the hose on a hot summer day- soaked). It was so we, that the driver seat was still damp on Sunday Morning. The mildew smell is nasty!All of my stuff had been removed and put into a cheap trash bag, even though I clearly stated multiple times to leave it alone. All stuffed into my trunk. There were white stains all over the exterior, no air freshener, dashboard near the steering wheel was still dirty, and the windows were smeared and streaked.Sn: the whole reason I chose this place is that the manager said they could put on my seat covers- which they never did (and they lost the metal clasps for the backseat cover).There was also damage to my trunk, but they swear they didn't cause it. *side eye*When I tried to resolve it same day with the manager, he was rude, left the premise for 2 hours (until closing), then refused to do anything. He literally turned the lights off around my soror and i. Since then, I have spoken to Pablo to resolve. All he offers is to redo the interior- where I will drive off again with wet seats. And everything else is "up to the owners" who never return calls and says nothing is ever their fault. Never again! Driver beware!
