I ordered a toddler size and they sent me a infant size. I emailed them 4 times and left a message in their phone number. I had no respond. I also, try the live chat. yeah rigth no body available. I want my refund including shipping costs since the mistake was made in their part. they will recieve the item today I took a picture of the wrong size and have copy of my reciept so they cannot and say otherwise. let see if they refund all my money. i wish i had read this reviews before ordering from this horrible, unprofeesional people. they should not be in business if they have can provide any custumer service.

I ordered my daughters costume for Halloween & they did not send it correctly, so I did not receive it. By tracking it, I found the costume had been sent back to the company, which they did NOT notify me of. I have sent emails every day w/ no response and when I call I get the same message, which you are not able to leave a message on!!! Also, on their website there is a place for you to chat directly with a representative. HA!!! This is a joke, because every time you go there, there is never any one availabe!!! This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealed with and I have every intention of contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding them because I paid w/ my credit card and have yet to receive my package and it has been a month now and I consider this stealing!!! This place does NOT deserve to be in business and someone needs to do something about it!!!!

I emailed them over 6 times and I could not reach anyone on the telephone. I could not get the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER required to do a return. Don't do business with them. If you have a problem, there is NO customer service or recourse of any kind.

I ordered a beautiful dress for my granddaughter from their website. The description said the dress came with a diaper cover and a hat. We received the dress and the diaper cover. I have emailed them FOUR times and received NO response. I clicked on the live chat and no one is EVER available. I called their phone number and get a busy signal. I will NEVER order from them again even though they have beautifuly baby and toddler clothing!

This business is terrible, rude, and inefficient. They avoid your contact so that time has passed and you cannot return or exchange items. The clothing sizes are completely different than clothing sizes from any other store, leaving you with an item you cannot use. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. I would never use this business.
