Best Pho in town - It's me and my love

Best Pho in town - It's me and my love one preffered beef noodle. The service was great and friendly, no doubt the pho was the best I ever had. Me and my love one never miss to had our dinner every evening at Pho-Nam when we were 1st come visit Hilsboro for 3 weeks. Table #9 was our favorite spot every evening, the environment was so nice and perfect for both of us. The owner of the shop come and great us before we left the town; He was so nice to snap both our photo and made us to their wall of frame.

Hillsoboro's best noodle house and more.

This place is always first on my list for pho in town. I have never had a bad dish here in the last 7 years. This is family run business and their pride shows in the food. We have ordered to go several times a month and never had to wait more than a few mins even on their busy times. The curries are well spiced but not over powering having tried all of them more3 than once. They have gone out of their way to make substitutions for a soy intolerant vegetarian in my family. So if you are craving noodles, please give them a ring you won't be disapointed

Great place to eat out

I just have to say that the food here is just amazing. They have a different varieties of food: Noodle Soups, Vermicelli Bowls, Rice Dishes, and Thai Specialties. Most of the portions costs between $5.50 to $7.50, and they give you a generous amount. The staff works hard to welcome every customer and fulfill everyone's needs. Try to avoid hours between 11am-1pm, where companies like Intel get off for lunch and the place is packed. Great place for family dinner or maybe even a cheap date with quality food! Although it's have a small capacity, they have told me that they are going to expand and have an additional 30-40 seats. You can always order takeout, the soups are super fast.

Recommendations: #5 Pho Dac Biet, #11b Wonton Noodle Soup, #13 Vermicelli bowl w/ charbroiled pork and eggroll, #21 Pad Thai, #30 Pad Kee Mao, and #32 Fried Rice.

Best pad thai and fried rice I've ever eaten here -hands down-
