Overall

Took three days to get a call back, three more days to schedule service. The lady that answered the phone was rude. The electrician was nice and professional. He replaced the same two thermostats he replaced three times, first one the thermostat failed, second one it wasn't installed correctly, third one the brand is bad he said, replaced with different brand -now it stopped working again. Had the guy check the panels, fuses, wiring everything is fine he said. I called this morning for them to warrenty the work they did 6 days ago and they won't do it. "ms. tonya" talked to elecrician and he refused to come out to our home again to fix it. They told me to call my home owners insurance and have someone else out to fix it. I wish they would have sent someone else out to begin with.

Overall

We love the guy who came out to help us at our home in Portland. He was professional and presentable and my wife felt very safe having someone from Garner Electric come into our home. Thanks guys!

Garner Electric is awesome! the service tech was very knowledgeable and did great work! the office staff was a joy to work with. I recommend them to everyone.

not reliable

not a good experience! To begin with, it took three days for a return call and then after scheduling the appt they showed up on the wrong day. To top it off the office blamed me for not being home. I tried to reschedule and share my initial disappointment and the office continued to tell me that i was wrong it the error was my fault. I told them i would call someone else to do the work. Proceed with caution. It's too bad the office person ruined the experience and reputation of Garner. Proceed with caution.

The SERVICE Tech who came out too my place on 3-9- 2011 to fix my Electric trouble had great pride in his work to get the job done. He went the Extra mile.
