I had the misfortune of visiting this station on Sunday September 28th around 4:45pm, while riding my new Motorcycle. The attendant (Adrianna) began handing the nozzle to me horizontally, with gas running out of it. When I reached out to stop her from getting gasoline all over the side of my new bike, she proceeded to dump gasoline all over my hand and arm. Rather than hand the nozzle to me vertically (so that gas wouldn’t drip out), she just thrust the nozzle toward the bike without any concern for spilling gas. When all was said and done, she never apologized and just walked away. After filling the tank and washing up, I approached her and indicated that in the future she might consider handing the nozzle to motorcyclists differently, she responded with “okay” and walked away. Upon arriving home, I called the store and asked to speak with the Manager. I was told his name was Ivan, but he had already left for the day. I asked the employee to take a message and to have Ivan call me, which he promised to do. It’s now been 2-days since the incident and I have yet to hear from Ivan. Extremely poor customer service, combined with very poor attitudes from the employees at this location.
