It should be noted that this is a pet hospital, not an everyday clinic, so expect emergency room prices. If it's not an emergency, then take your pet to your normal vet. My dog had a heart attack, and i found the entire team to be compassionate, professional, and loving people while they helped through all of the options. I would highly recommend them for emergencies.

I agree with many of the other reviews regarding terrible customer service and ripping customers off. We get our dogs prescriptions refilled monthly and every time we call to get them refilled it is a HUGE ordeal. They say they will call you back when the Dr.approves the refill. Half the time they never call back so I have to either call them back and hear, "the Dr has not approved the prescription yet"-3 days later still not approved...then, if I go in to see if I can get them filled, they either say, "we haven't called you back for a reason or, oh, sorry, we forgot to call you back and tell you the prescription is approved". Then, once it is approved, you have to go to the office and wait well over 30 minutes just to get them filled. A lot of these issues are due to there usually only being one employee at the front desk. This is ridiculous! The next issue is they over charge like crazy. We had our dogs teeth cleaned several times within 2 years and the prices for the same procedure was over $100 different. It seems they charge whatever they want and state they do certain procedures - who even knows if they are actually doing the procedures they charge you for.
