Lady @ Member Services Ruined It

Had issue with our membership being expired so we went to member services to get it taken care of. Well the little, grouchy woman there was completely rude & obnoxious in my book. Gave us s very hard time about our membership expiring & I found it to be very rude & unprofessional on her part. Then after having to deal with her ridiculous attitude, one of my items wouldnt ring up. Finally got that fixed after she entered the barcode in 3 times incorrectly. Well we get all the way home, bc our house is 18 miles away, I realize that the item she couldn't ring up wasn't in our stuff. What a pain in the a** & I will not be going back to that store again after I drive all the way back up there to get my merchandise!! What a damn nightmare!! Other than that lady, the store was clean & had what I wanted. But if they allow someone so rude to work Member Services, I really have no desire to ever go back to that particular store. And we spend a lot of money there!!



not a happy customer

I used to love Walmart. Until I moved to Hilliard and went to Walmart on Rome Hilliard Road! My fiancée and I were doing some shopping for my son for his birthday and we also tried buying a PlayStation 3 controller the clerk had to cancel the transaction because I didn't want the warranty for it. So she said it was to late she will have to refund my mastercard. So we went through that process and I go to rebut the controller but this time without the warranty and it said $?.?? Remaining amount due. I said I have the money to cover on my card why did it only pay for 80% she said the money doesn't automatically go onto the card it take atleast 24 hours up to a week I then became angry. Why didn't she explain this to me in the first place I would have just kept the extra $5 warranty and said screw it. Well then my card went to $0.00 so she told me to go to the front costumer care the Guy Calls back to electronics and then tells me all he can refund me is the $5 for the warranty and if the money doesn't come back on for a week to come back in. A WEEK?! Are you serious?! I then have to explain to my two year old that he now cannot have what he picked out for his birthday that's already in the cart. And if you know how two year olds are you must know that didn't go through very well with him. So now I am going to find a new store to shop at or just never going back to that same Walmart!
