I want to thank Duffy in lighting at the Hilliard ohio Lowe's. Being a woman I know nothing about turning a pendant light fixture into a swag lamp, but I do now , thanks to Duffy's patience and explaining to me how to do it . Also finding the parts I needed to do so. My new hanging light is just beautiful. Couldn't of done it without Duffy. Thanks, Debbie Metcalf
.Do NOT buy appliances from Lowes. We purchased a new dishwasher that was delivered damaged and Lowes did not take any responsibility. Lowes made us go through the manufacturer’s warranty process to get a brand new dishwasher repaired.
Bought a roll of linoleum flooring. Told the 2 attendants I needed 9'2" and nothing less. They cut it, I get charged for 9', but when it's unrolled, there's only 8'2" at one end and 7'10" on the other. WTF?!?!?! When I called to talk to someone about this, they replied, "There is no garauntee that the measurement would be exact, nor a garauntee that it wouldn't be as crooked as it is." WTF?!?! There is too such a garauntee. It's called customer service! This is why I absolutely HATE lowe's and will never spend another dime there, not even for a client wanting something they have over home depot. HD will stand by thier product and rectify such a bad misrepresentation of a qualified attendant by replacing whatever it is that the attendant screwed up. F you lowes!!!!!
