Hilliard Family Medicine

My kids are mini atheletes and so is my husband. So Hilliard Family Med is the perfect place for us! They were great in their treatment plan for us and my family feels great!

The doctor did not make us wait long for him to get in, and he was very thorough & helpful. He gave my husband lots of good tips to help heal his RSI, and even suggested he see some of the PT instructors at the practice for help. I highly recommend them.

The doctors there would call me almost every day after my procedure just to make sure I was okay. They are very compassionate towards my health & because of that, I highly recommend Hilliard Family Med.

The doctors here at Hilliard Family Med are very accurate when they tell you how things are going to go down. I am never nervous when it comes to attending here because I already know what's going to happen when I'm there.

This report is in concern about Dr Watkins. I had so bad experience with this doctor. because of him, I had to go to OSU emergency and spent $150.00(which is too much burden for me) and then also doctor did not bother to call me. On last week of June I came to see this doctor as my tuberculosis (PPD) test came positive. He prescribed me strongest possible drug INH for 3 months without even discussing the possible side effects on nerve system. he just briefly mentioned about the possible liver damage. He took blood for test. After 3/4 days, I felt like someboy pushing me out of balance. I kept messgae 3/4 times, the nurse was soo rude and very very careless,,didnt call me back. After 6th day's dose my left side of hand, brain was numb.could not walk or talk. Again I tried to reach, nobody called me back. Then on 4th july day, my condition detoriated and I received a call from office Manager. Then some other doctor told me to go immediately to emergency. The emergency doctor immediately know this is the side of INH. He was surprised that my doctor did not discuss about these side effects. Still now I am so weak and fel so tired. If I would take my dose on that day, I would probably die. I do work as medical interpreter and saw so many wonderful doctors. This doctor should be banned from medical practice..so carele.. Till now he never called me. My medical bill came as huge amount for emergency day.

I went to this doctor’s office to have some tests done. The nurse there, Julie, was very rude and loud, with no bed-side manners when in the room with me... and had the door open the whole time. Then, a few days later, when I had to make a return visit, she showed absolutely no tact. Once again, she was very loud and indiscreet. Instead of taking me to the back, or to a private place, she asked me very loudly, IN THE LOBBY full of other patients, about my condition, and the tests that were conducted. On top of that, she gave incorrect information. Obviously, this was a very private matter, but she made sure that it didn’t stay that way. I was beyond humiliated! This wasn’t exactly something I wanted to share with the world. I will NEVER return, and I would advise anyone who values privacy to go elsewhere.
