I have used this dry cleaner for over 10 years, they have lost several items and ruined a few, but their prices used to be reasonable, so I continued to use them. However, when I went in today their prices had more than doubled in less than a month!!! And they were quite rude about it! Their service is definitely not worth paying that much for!! I will look elsewhere!
This place is great, my shirts always look great. Been going there for the last seven years. Everyone there is really nice.
The guy that works there i believe max is the name he is awesome great customer service i been going for years very clean and the owner is polite this is is the only laundry i come do my clothes i recommend to anyone they got free wifi
This business "lost" my $200 blue silk Calbin Klein dress and the manager Patty has been nothing but unprofessional and dishonest. I would NEVER recommend Mr. J's Cleaners on Midway to anyone!!
I just got my dry cleaning back - it was my first time using VIP Cleaners and their free pick-up and delivery service and I am EXTREMELY pleased with the service, price, and quality. I will definitely be using them again!
I've been using this dry cleaner for years! The staff is very friendly and courteous. I've had them repair zippers, buttons and they also hem my work pants and they are perfect, Very reasonably priced!
Great Customer service - family run business
I have been summarily impressed with their service. The dry cleaning has been really good, and I recently brought in a knit sweater that somehow got a large hole in it, and the woman there was able to not only stitch around and close the hole, but also put a beautiful flower over it so that no one would notice. I consider it service above and beyond expectation.
Businesses have an opportunity to shine when they have to confront adverse circumstances. I was hoping to write a raving review about Simply Cleaner and how they handled an unfortunate circumstance that occurred when I had received my shirts back for them with a small tear in the same spot on three of my new shirts. When I confronted them on the damage, they first tried to blame the store where I purchased them by stating the pins that the stores use frequently cause the small tears. I went back to the store and asked them about it and they showed me where the pins were placed on their shirts and it was obvious that all of their shirts had pins placed in the same position, none of which were where my tears were located. Because of the damage, I had to replace all three shirts and it cost me over two hundred dollars. I went back to Simply Cleaner and requested that the owner call me and work out terms to make me whole on my loss. I didn’t care if it was a $10 credit over sixteen months. I just wanted to be made whole for my loss that was caused by his business. David, the coward of an owner, was apparently too afraid to call me back, but gave me a credit of $40 for my $200 loss. I told them that this wasn’t adequate and I would not be back unless he made me whole. I requested once again that owner call me to discuss the circumstances. He never called me back. I returned 8 months later and told the clerk that I was disappointed that I never heard from the owner and that he should at least call me to discuss what happened. Under the right circumstances, I would like to return my business to them. I wear suits 5 days per week and always professionally launder my shirts, so there would be plenty of future business of offset their loss in making me whole. I, respectfully, articulated that I believe that businesses should operate with integrity and moral fortitude. Otherwise, I can’t continue doing business with them. I gave the clerk my business card and once again requested a call from the owner. Upon a return visit, I was told that the owner, David, was refusing to return my call and felt that his previous $40 credit was sufficient. Well, David, it’s not. In my opinion, you are a coward. You lack integrity and you are morally insufficient. Out of principle, I encourage everyone to boycott businesses that are incapable of doing the right thing. Simply Cleaner is one of these businesses.
Very unfriendly owner. I gave there my black and white Calvin Klein dress for cleaning. As I picked up (unfortunately after I had already paid). I realized that there are black stains on the white portions of my dress. Owner is completely unfriendly! Didn't even return my money for the dry cleaning (or shall I say, dry messing it up!), didn't apologize but was absolutely rude! I can't believe it! For me customer satisfaction would be the highest priority even if it really was not his fought but Calvin Klein's! Am I viewing this wrong? At least I would never go again!
