I visited this business, and found the clerk to be very polite and helpful. I was there from Oklahoma on vacation. I will go back to this establishment whenever I am in Austin.I would recommend this business to any one.
...that is about the only criticism I could find to make concerning my visit. It is small and quaint , but I liked that. I also was surprised to find a great selection of single malt scotches , and smaller production boutique wines. The owner explained champagnes to me , and sold me a grower cha…

After Twin finally opened up their big store in Hancock Center in order to compete with Specs and Grapevine, they must have gotten the message that 80 small locations won't compete with mega stores offering serious great selections and discount prices. If you care about wine, you already know t…

customer service is awesome,,,,,,
Terrible customer service - rude, arrogant, pretentious. I asked for their selection of Belgian beers & the proprietor said "Try 7-11..."! I have never reviewed a liquor store before, and I'm not sure what use it is given the nature of the clientele; but I must say, there are quite a few remarkably enjoyable stores to purchase alcohol from in Austin, with knowledgable, friendly customer service. I will never support this business with my patronage ever again and will eagerly inform everyone with whom I speak of how truly terrible of an experience I had here.
This place is great.....I live in circle c and this place is so close to my home. They have a such a great selection of my light calorie cocktails which is very hard to find. The staff is so knowledgable about liquor which is so impressive. I dislike going to those huge liquor places where you can never find help....V & V Liquor has definetly got my business from now on....highly recommend going!!!
I worked for this business and they don't pay their employees. Brad, the owner, is a pothead that allows his employees to get high on the clock. He pays $8.00 an hour and screws his employees by not paying them and when they have their appendix burst and have to go to hospital, he fires them. What a piece of crap. As far as an employer, he is rated BUL*S*IT.
