I agree with the last review, plus some. I went to Dr. Rosselson actually 3 times. Each time I felt more uncomfortable, she just kept rushing me. During two appointments, she said I was backing everyone up because I had questions and was I done yet? She would look at her watch a lot. Never was there a compassionate word.
It was the oddest Doctor visit I ever had. I was also told I should have a test done in the office which would take about 3 hours. When I got there, they rushed it through, taking about 10 minutes.
I do not feel I was given any support or care during any of the visits. The only one I did like was the Optometrist. He was very nice and caring.
I cancelled my surgery. I would not recommend the practice and if you do consider them please think it thoroughly through. Perhaps the other Doctors there are good, but it appears to me they are just getting people in and out as fast as they possibly can without actually caring about the person.
Last month, I scratched my cornea and developed an infection in my left eye that left me in severe pain. My cousin recommended that I go to the Chicago Cornea Consultants in Highland Park. The location was clean and the staff was okay at best. I mean, hardly anyone smiled during or after my visit. It was like going to a morgue. In fact, the only person who seemed happy was one of the clinicians who was pregnant. She was the only spot of sunshine in the whole place. Dr. Rosselson wasn't much better. In fact, she was a major disappointment for me. I expected more patient care and compassion, but instead I received rude and unprofessional care. It seemed like she didn't even want to be there. What a major disappointment. She was rude and so abrasive. I don't know what irritated me most, my painful eye or her poor social skills. I have to go to see them again for a follow-up, but it will definitely not be with her. I'm going to choose another doctor.
