Pointless phone tag and FOR LEASE sign in Buffalo Grove.

My partner bought the groupon and played phone tag for a month before DRIVING to the Buffalo Grove Location only to find a FOR LEASE sign.

Groupon refunded immediately her money but I think ALL these reviews are just owners' hype.

An Unbelievable Concept that Really Works!!

This is the greatest setup you will ever find! As a member you can walk in the door anytime and a personal trainer will be there to work you out for an hour. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and highly educated and the facilities are all clean. It is YOUR individual workout - no appointment necessary-the workout starts when you get there so all you have to do is GET THERE! It is more fun and inspiring than you can imagine. The trainers are so encouraging that I lost 30 pounds 3 years ago and never gained an ounce back. My husband and I both work out 3 times a week whenever possible and we love it!

I work out at the Buffalo Grove location. I have been working out there for over a year! AMAZING that I can say that. Usually any fitness program would have been history by now, but it's a habit now and I am much healthier. I love not having to make an appointment with a trainer. I just show up and the trainer is happy to work me out. Also, the owner recommended I get a Polar heart rate monitor and I am now hooked! It keeps me honest with my work outs. What a great idea.

Personal Training and Fitness

I joined Body In Power a year ago and lost 80 pounds. My trainers were the best, always looking out for my physical health and well being. They always are helpful when learning new exercises. If you have a physical disability or weakness, they can work around your health issues or concerns. I've gained a lot of strength and endurance as well as balance since I've started at Body in Power. Last August I underwent a major surgical procedure and had no problems during or after surgery. I believe that my level of fitness had everything to do with my success. I thank all the trainers I've worked with. I've exercised at all of the locations.

Now, what are you waiting for? Come in and check them out! That's what I did and I have succeeded.

They've forever changed my life!

I truly cannot put in to words the way I have evolved mentally and physically because of this place! Every workout I do is completely geared towards my fat loss goal; every trainer is aware of what I am trying to do and they are all genuinely interested in my success. Great Personal Training for a Low Monthly Fee

Love the atmosphere and the format--it's an intimate setting where clients and trainers really get to know one another. For a low monthly fee, you get individualized personal training every time you go in, and no appointments are necessary. You go when it suits your schedule. I've been a member at the Buffalo Grove gym for just over a year and it's been working well for me. Go and check it out!
