Any service oriented business asking for money in advance of the work being done, is an indicator of a business not confident of their own quality or the customer's needs. This was my experience with Atlab Printers. Two separate quotes were given to me when I showed a hesitancy for the first price, then I was told for one day only, a special lower price was available, if I paid in advance. The second price was a more competitive price, however, the final job used half size paper from what I originally requested, probably covering their margins for the lower price quote. No proofs were made available to me before the finished job was completed. I offered to pick up the completed work, living nearby and was told that I had to pay for additional shipping and I could not pick it up personally. The final work was totally unacceptable and had to be trashed completely. I notified the owner, Stefan with my complaint and was told it was my fault and he couldn't and wouldn't do anything to rectify the situation. I went to Kinkos and had it done again. This time to the size specification I wanted. Very unprofessional trying to work with Atlab Printers.
