This dealership leadership needs some training in customer service. Salesmen were very helpful (Kurt) but GM , forget about it. Will never be back. Have learned, michigans Chevy leader is self proclaimed.
My husband and I needed to purchase a bigger truck to haul our fifth wheel....we went to Szott-Highland, "just to look". Colton met us in the parking lot and in just a few minutes, had us test driving the "perfect" vehicle. We did not plan to purchase something the first time out, but both Colton and Ron took such good care of us, we just didn't want to look anywhere else. This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had, right down to the massage chairs we were offered, during our wait to finalize the sale. My daughter's lease (from another dealer) will be up at year end, and I can guarantee I won't send her anywhere else....I know she will be well taken care of by the staff at Szott M-59 in Highland....thank you Colton and Ron...we will be back!Sincerely,Jim and Debra Cubr
I called to get 2 new car quotes and spoke with a nice lady. I gave her specific details and she gave me 2 great quotes, and explained I qualified for several incentives. She took this info and made an appt for me to meet a sales rep the next day. When arriving, all was going ok except it was taking a long time. We liked both and were ready to sign! The sales rep asked how serious we were in getting both, because they don't give one of the credits out to just anyone. We said we were, and he left us, only to return with a quote that was over double on one, and over triple on the other! He began with "don't be mad, but..". He went on to say that the woman I spoke with the day before was wrong about one of the rebates. Clearly frustrated, especially since one rebate would not double or triple the cost, and he left again to see if he could find any more money off. After a while, a manager came over with 2 new quotes, apologized for the mistake on the 1 rebate, and explained he wanted to make it right by bringing us their "very best" quotes! So, this time, the 1st was just over 2x, and the 2nd just over triple! Then, he crossed out both quotes, and wrote new ones, this time just under 2x and the other exactly triple! I called him out on this, saying you said you came over with your absolute best, but now new numbers?! Plus, I said, it is still nowhere near the original quotes. He said the woman I spoke to the day before must have been quoting the advertised price, and they couldn't come close to that. What? You can't deliver on your advertised price? He wanted to go back and see if he could reconfigure a few things to get the payments down a little more. No thanks! After hours spent there, we had enough and left. I feel like the initial quote about exactly what I wanted, was just a ploy to get us to come to the dealer. Then, the sales rep, followed by manager, followed by small decreases netting 2x and 3x what I was told the day prior, were all planned selling tactics.
I went to the dealership looking to buy a new car. I said all I want are heated seats. I don't care about any other options please give me the cheapest price for the 2017 Cruz and Malibu with GM discount. The prices I received are $27k and $33k respectively. Salesman trying to sell a more expensive car than I need. Not appreciated by a female buyer. Going to a different dealer.
What an awesome experience. Sherrie Secord and Rick Kovary absolutely earned my respect and loyalty for future purchases. A "Pit Stop" for wiper fluid or wash, really?, unbelievable! I've never experienced such this type of service at any other dealership. Thank you, and I look forward to my next Chevy purchase from Feldman Chevrolet.
I took my Dodge Ram to Szott M-69 Dodge because it was the closest dealer that could preform repairs under a Chrysler Corp service contract. While my truck was in the shop they did about $50.00 worth of damage to my driver's door. They refused my request to have the repairs done by an auto body shop of my choice. Eventually The service manager Adam White gave me an ultimatum. He offered a refund my $100.00 co-pay and give me a check for $200.00. I asked for a day to get an actual estimate for the required repairs and he withdrew his $300.00 offer.
Just leased a new Chevy Cruz from Jay Chevrolet. Great dealer no nonsense in the selling process! Tom Rollison was my sales professional and I enjoyed buying the car from another military vet! Go check out Jay Chevrolet and ask for Tom, if your ex military go ahead and swap a few stories with USMC First Sergeant Rollison!
Thanks so much Greg Payne from Jay Chevrolet. You went out of your way to get us get into a 2009 Impala I love it so much I will recommend Jay Chevrolet to all my friends and I won't go any were else thanks again guys
This dealer went out of their way to get me the used truck that I wanted. Their after sale service for a minor "hiccup" with a small trim piece was over and above what I expected. I would be happy to recommend Jay Chevrolet to my friends.
As a first time car buyer, I was hoping to find a dealership that would guide me trough the entire process. However, jay proved to be yet another dealership more concerned with my business than looking out for my best interest. I was pressured into buying a new rather than used car and into a service plan that I didn't understand. The staff was friendly at first, but I ended up walking away with more than I wanted/needed/understood. They took advantage of my ignorance in the car buying aspect to seek me things that I didn't want. Only after many phone calls/visits was I able to somewhat get things back to where I needed them to be. Lots of problems going to this place and if I could do it again, I certainly wouldn't purchase from here.
