What an awesome experience. Sherrie Secord and Rick Kovary absolutely earned my respect and loyalty for future purchases. A "Pit Stop" for wiper fluid or wash, really?, unbelievable! I've never experienced such this type of service at any other dealership. Thank you, and I look forward to my next Chevy purchase from Feldman Chevrolet.

This dealer went out of their way to get me the used truck that I wanted. Their after sale service for a minor "hiccup" with a small trim piece was over and above what I expected. I would be happy to recommend Jay Chevrolet to my friends.



As a first time car buyer, I was hoping to find a dealership that would guide me trough the entire process. However, jay proved to be yet another dealership more concerned with my business than looking out for my best interest. I was pressured into buying a new rather than used car and into a service plan that I didn't understand. The staff was friendly at first, but I ended up walking away with more than I wanted/needed/understood. They took advantage of my ignorance in the car buying aspect to seek me things that I didn't want. Only after many phone calls/visits was I able to somewhat get things back to where I needed them to be. Lots of problems going to this place and if I could do it again, I certainly wouldn't purchase from here.



This had to be the worst car buying experiance of my life. Not only did this salesman keep me there all day trying to swing a deal, but once I did finally choose the vehicle I wanted, I find out the windshield is cracked on the way driving it home. Immediately brought it back to the dealer who says we'll replace it and have it back in a day or so. A day later I call the dealer (they never called me) and the salesman says it's a hard to get item and may take 3 to 5 days. For a windsheild? are you kidding me. Still waiting to get my new car back as I am writing this. Stay away from this dealer at all costs.



At first the salesman was nice, then the second he started selling a more expensive car at the same time, I lost almost all of his attention. I was supposed to get a license plate in the mail from the dealership a few days later. It has now been 16 days and I have yet to receive one and am now unable to drive my car because the temporary plate is expired. The salesman also lied about there being a spare tire in the car and forgot to set up my sirius radio. I reached out to the sales man via email asking him asking about the status of my license plate and about the sirius radio and his response only touched base on the license plate and basically just said he'd put it in the mail. No apology for the wait or inconvenience or anything. A few days later and still no plate. I am completely unsatisfied and disappointed with my experience. The only part of my experience that I was satisfied with the financial guy, Mr. Wallcott. He was very nice and professional.


Helpful, Friendly and Professional

Very friendly staff. My car buying experience was quick and easy. I called and told them what I wanted. They located a car for me and later on that night I was driving my new car home. I was originally looking for a used Equinox. After working my payment out with my salesperson, he showed me it was possible to drive home in a brand new Equinox.
