I was given false information when I upgraded our phones with the new "AT&T NEXT" plan. I was told, by multiple representatives, that my phone bill would not increase substantially because the new phone equipment installment charges would be offset by a reduction / discount on my plan. The result, I was told, was that my bill would remain relatively the same. False. My bill went from $188/month to $308/month. I just received my first bill, after the 14 day return window, and now BEST BUY and AT&T both refuse to do anything to help me. I was conned.
