well they are friendly enough but if your from out of town watch out!!!! My car was towed there, they tell me I need a water pump, so I say go ahead for about a $100.00 or so more then it would cost at home. It's suppose to be under $500.00. Then afterwards when I think I can go home they bring it out & it runs worse then it ever did. misfiring so bad the car shakes & then they tell me it needs more work but they don't know for sure if that will fix it but they will need another $1,300.00 on top of the almost $600.00 I already owe (what happened to under $500) this is with a $24.00 an hour discount, REALLY!! so instead I had it towed 140 miles back home to a mechanic I trust!Well had my mechanic check it out they forgot to put 4 bolts, in 2 to the air pump & 2 to the bracket, vacuum line not hooked up on the air pump & also on the water pump the gaskets had way to MUCH permatex & was already ripping & if this wasn't enough the part they were trying to sell me was gonna be $500.00 if they could find it but remember it might not fix the problem well he was right about that, it didn't need that part & now it's running great so glad I had it towed home I sure wished I would have done it to begin with I would of saved $400.00 I think they ripped me off!!! I also noticed on their website all the comments were good really I wonder why they don't show the bad onesTHIS IS A REBUTTAL TO THE ABOVE POST: I would like to add that I did jump the gun a little bit, I had called quite a bit & asked for the owner I was sent to v/m & just hung up, so finally I left a mess. the owner c/b the next day & I was gone. Now the last 2 days I've left mess. & this morn. Jay c/b he was the gentlemen who drove me half the way back on 7/3/17 because I had no transportation & with it being the holiday, as I said before he was very friendly. the owner felt that I really didn't give him a chance to fix the problem which I guess I really didn't, I should of been on this a lot sooner but life is busy. Anyhow after talking w/ Jay it looks like we have came to an agreement. He assured me that they try to help people as much as they can & I don't think anybody else would of drove me half way back to Ft. Wayne & it did keep my grandson & me from being stranded.11/7/17 a follow up to our agreement Well of course they try to cheat me again I told Ray I would agree to half of my money back which is around $280.00, so last week I get a check for $200.00 so instead of bad mouthing them this time I thought I would give the owner another chance so I called today & his words sometimes we just don't get what we want when it comes to an older car like yours & I have done all I can do. I think all he wanted was the bad review off his page & he also reminded me that he's been in business for 30 + years well what ever maybe they just try to rip off people from out of town! I like how they put not implying a warranty, but isn't this check proof of their guilt, thank goodness I called the credit card company again & they gave me more time Re: this matter. So let this be a lesson to you all, if you charge something on your credit cards you have 90 days to file a complaint & longer if you keep in touch with your credit card co. SO OUT OF TOWNERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
My visit to Webb Ford in Highland Indiana could not have been better after being turned down at another car dealership. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a salesman very polite, I was directed to Mrs. Williams who invited me to the dealership she then introduced me to Mr. Cote another pleasant salesperson at Webb Ford. Mr Cote and the finance department did a wonderful job helping me find the perfect vehicle and worked very hard and had patience with me because my credit it's the greatest but they made it happen I'm am so pleased with Webb Ford and their staff.
Webb Ford gets an A+ for superior customer service in my book! I had my car towed there from a nearby hotel at 9am on Saturday 5/21 due to flat left front tire on my 2017 MKZ caused by an unforgiving curb.. I was visiting from WI and needed to get back on Saturday. Webb discovered that that my left rear tire was also damaged and quickly found 2 tires. Their eagle eye techs also pointed out that a gash in front right tire was a safety hazard. They found a 3rd tire and by 11:15am we were on our way back to WI. Not how I expected to spend Saturday morning but grateful that Webb Ford was open and that Susan Neal was working! She was fantastic! Hold on to her! Thanks again!

I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape in July. I was very hesitant about dealing with the salesmen and games that are normally played by them but I can say that I was shocked about how easy and hassle free it was. My salesmen was wonderful and he walked me thru the whole process. The credit department was quick in approving me and within 2 hours I drove my car home. I would not hesitate to buying a car from them again.
Four, no make that five new Fords I've bought brand new have come from Webb Ford since 1998. I've bought two other Ford vehicles at two different dealers since that time but Webb has always gone the extra mile to make buying and maintaining my new vehicles at their location pleasant! Most recently I had Webbs service dept. working on my old 2003 Ranger with 139,900 miles on it. I told them I might need a new daily driver vehicle soon and they worked with me fairly and I kept my end of the bargain by purchasing a new 2014 F150 off their lot the next day! They know I am serious when I say I'm looking at a new vehicle and they NEVER, ever have taken for granted any of my business. I've appreciated their sales model and wish other dealerships would learn from them how to approach and fairly deal with automobile buyers. Other dealers please take note here: If I drive off of your lot after the sit-down and bargaining phase and you haven't sold me a vehicle you have already failed, and that's pretty sad on your part because I'm very flexible and reasonable as a buyer. So, if you've blown your end of the deal and I walk I'm done so don't call me back two days later and ask me to come back!
I had my Ford Fusion serviced and the staff treated me very nice, the mechanics where very professional and courteous. They worked on my car promptly. Great job.

These are the words that I would use to describe my sales consultant, Chris Keultjes, the General Manager, Dan Schultz and Dan Allen, the Manager of Webb Ford located at 9809 Indianapolis Blvd in Highland, Indiana.My sales consultant was very attentive and made sure to note my wishes and concerns. I let her know what my credit issues were, what type of vehicle I was looking for (all the way down to the color), the amount of my down payment and my time constraints. Everyone was so accommodating. Not only did I drive off in this vehicle but the GM was so dedicated that he found me every applicable discount. I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer and qualified for 0% APR for 72 months because I recently completed my degree! Who knew there was such a discount!***I have received no incentives or discounts for making this review. This is solely being written because Webb Ford in Highland Indiana is business establishment that is notable amongst the competition. Anyone who knows me will agree that I am hard to please.
