So I've been a customer of Manuel's for over a year. I have 3 vehicles that I take in for service. Recently my Chevy needed a diagnostic and a oxygen censor. Gabriel quotes me $160 , claiming the part is $140 and $20 is the labor. I look around Pepboys, etc and find the part for $55. I get and go back so Manuel's can install it for the $20. I took it the first day and Gabriel ( the owner) said it would take two hours. I go back 4 hours later, my truck isn't done , hasn't been touched and he left my windows down in the rain. He promised me to bring it back the next day and he'll take care of it. Went back the next morning and Gabriel says to bring it back Monday morning so he can take care of it first thing. I went this morning dropped it off at 8:30 went back to get it at 6:30 since I didn't het a call from them telling me it was done. I go and Gabriel tells me he couldn't work on my truck because he doesn't have the tool to fix it! 3 times I tried and then he figures out that he doesn't have the tool. They didn't complete the job because I was smart enough to shop around for my part and get it 3x less then what he quoted. The $20 labor wasn't good enough, so I will now be taking my 3 vehicles somewhere else. The lack of professionalism and respect for other people is what ticks me off.

I took in my Mazda 3 for transmission service because the fluids looked like molasses. The agreement was filter and trans fluid $149.
Got my car back 4 hours later. Drove home not even a mile pulled into the garage, open the hood to check fluids and what do I see molasses, I WAS NOT HAPPY. Very next day drove back to auto shop.
The man said that he did change the fluids but not the filter.
I asked why not the filter , he said it wasn't in the agreement
I said yes it was but he just keep lying .
so I asked about the fluids on why it still looks like molasses.
The man said I DONT KNOW I put in 4 quarts.
So what do I do but change it myself its so simple.
What did I find out , Mazda 3 only takes 3 quarts not 4, and the fluid is red now and still is after 6 months.

SO MANUEL'S AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR CENTER WILL RIP YOU OFF ANY CHANCE THEY GET.........
