Maximum Vapors

They are called maximum vapors but have NO DRIPPER JUICE. how can you call yourselves maximum vapors and have not a single MAX VG juice.

Wonderful experience. They carry the juice I have been buying at another store who discontinued. They we very informative and helpful. This will be my new place to purchase my vape supplies!

They market to children, in my honest opinion the whole company are pedophiles. Trying to lure kids in.... Shame on you Maximum. I thought you were better than this.

Spend $500 to get the little $10 off your juice and I didn't even get it. The guy kept it. The last time i was there all my juices were opened. I'll never go back. You can keep the $10

The only thing good about this store is that it is close to my house. Every time I need something they don't have it. There always telling me it will be in next week and next week comes and goes and still they don't have what you want. I have read other reviews about their juice being over priced and no flavor. They are exactly right especially about being over priced.

My experience with Maximum Vapors really comes down to which employees are working. I've never had a problem with High Ridge, outside of them sometimes getting wrapped up bulls**ting with regulars and not being able to divide their attention evenly between customers who are there to shop and ask questions and customers who show up regularly to hang out. It's a small gripe, but it can be mildly annoying. I Telegraph, on the other hand has a huge problem with this. I've been there on multiple occasions where one of the younger employees was shooting the breeze with a regular and I had to wait five minutes and finally get a little rude just to be acknowledged. I the older gentleman, on the other hand, is a cool cat who attends to every customers needs and divides his attention evenly. I don't know what all these "crop juice" reviews are coming from. Maximum offers a large variety of premium brands like Boosted, G2,Hold Fast, and more. I like Maximum Vapors when the High Ridge store isn't packed with groupies and the older dude is working at Telegraph.

Long wait all the time only 1 person working

The overpriced garbage they call juice is both inconsistent and downright tasteless. I buy from one of the many retail locations that MV has and the people in the store I buy from are nice but it comes down to this juice and it's garbage! I would suggest avoiding this brand at all costs unless you enjoy being ripped off.

Juice was tasteless. I can get a lot better juice other places. Employees were a little rude on multiple encounters and unknowledgable about products. Prices where high. I will not go here again.

First of all, I posted a slightly negative review about Maximum Vapor's juice on their Facebook page. My comment was deleted within minutes and I was banned from posting on their page. I found that rather pathetic and extreme, so I decided to do some more research about them. So, here are my full thoughts and what I have found online and from others about this company.



I tried a few juices at the store. I was told by an employee that they would get me off the "crap" juices I've been vaping. The employee kept encouraging me to try more, but I didn't even want to after the awfulness my taste buds had already been subjected to at Maximum Vapors. I don't appreciate dealing with extremely biased and unknowledgeable salespeople who make assumptions as if I am too stupid to decide what I like, so I left without buying anything and won't be returning. I'll stick to the "crap" juices I currently vape, which are actually premium and not over-priced hell concoctions, thank you very much.



A quick search also reveals that Todd, the owner of this company, is a scammer, only solving problems when people confront him publicly:

Earlier in that topic, he defensively flipped out and threatened to have a member banned when they complained about the quality of the box mods he makes. Seeing as he couldn't delete someone else's post there, his only recourse was to make this childish response: "If you come on my thread again posting garbage like this I will make sure you are banned from ECF for ever!" If you read the other reviews here on Google, there is an ongoing concern about the safety and quality of his mods. He is superficially nice (he wants you to buy from him, after all), but his true colors appear when you have a problem.



When Todd started his company, he refused to pay people for the work they did for him and ignored them, much like he ignored customers who had problems. That's the foundation he's built upon, and I won't support it by shopping at his stores. To be honest, I wasn't going to anyway, because his juice is some of the worst I've tried, ranking far behind even Mt. Baker Vapor, the cheapest juice manufacturer I know of. His business has grown, and today the stores he supplies juice to complain that their orders go unfulfilled.



I recommend ordering juice from vendors online and shopping at other local stores such as 510 Vapors in Imperial and Vape-One, which has a store at Bates and Gravois and another in Des Peres. Their employees are much more knowledgeable, and as a bonus they don't try to push their own juice on customers and offer juice from a variety of vendors instead.



I hope for Todd's sake that he has the same authority to moderate and filter reviews on Google and other sites as he does the on company's Facebook page, since he doesn't want his customers to see anything but glowing reviews. If he's as pathetic as I think he is, I believe he'll give it a shot, and perhaps he'll even waste enough time to succeed. :)

Best very you guys should branch out to union mo. I drive an hour out to goto the high ridge mo. Location cause I only trust you guys

My wife and I still go to the High Ridge store on occasion, but since Todd and Becky are seldom there and at their other stores the service just isn't as good as it use to be, so we shop else where most of the time. There have been times I have gone in and the employees were all gathered around the vape testing table and oblivious that I was there, very long waits, even when there are only a coulpe of customers in the store. Hard getting good information on things also, many times when I ask a question I get the reply of I don't know, which if they don't know that's fine, but some one should be there that know the products. I guess it's because their mostly kids working there most of the time, at least they look like kids to me, I'm almost 60 LOL. I will return to them but not as often as I use to. Customer service should be number one. Maybe I'm at the store at the wrong time.

BEST SERVICE... BEST FLUIDS! LOVE THIS SHOP!

Absent-minded employees. Two-fold wrong orders. Long waits. Impersonal service. Repeat offenses. I will not go again.

This is the best vapor shop around. They carry a lot of the latest equipment for vaping and electronic cigarettes. If you would like to view a variety of vaping equipment this is the place to be. They carry the largest variety around and price wise are the middle range. Not the lowest but not the highest. Service is extremely friendly and courteous. They only try to carry the products that are the hiqhest quality. E liquids are made on site. They are working on making pipes for e liquids and some specialty mods. Periodically they make new flavors of e liquids and several of us must drive the 32 miles to this shop. We make the trip whenever we need something. We have visited so many shops, but, none come close.
