Busy Bee Towing

This company was contracted to come assist us with our newer car that wouldnt start. They were supposed to be there no later yhan 8pm so i called to check, “ Well be there by 8:15” at 8:25 i called again, he said he would call right back, (never called back)at 8:35 we called roadside assistance and they called them and the man lied and said i hung up on him. He told her they would be ther in less than give minutes. At 8:50 we called roadside assistance to request they cancel them and get someone reputable and reliable. Would not recommend

Waste of time using this service! They never showed up. I set up the day before for 7am the next day. Called 3x’s and they kept saying 15 more minutes. Finally at 8:30am set up another service. This cost me having to get a rent a car. The only time mechanic cd look at my car was if I got it there before they opened at 8:30am. Well it 9:15 and Im now waiting for another tow service arrival....mechanic will not have time to start it now. Busy Bee is a total joke!!! Dont waste your time!!!
