Take your children somewhere else! My daughter has went her for many yrs. and always had the same tooth filled over and over or came out with no cavities. This past April he took the filling out of her tooth again and a week later filled it left it flared out so badly she couldn't bite correctly and the tooth was so ugly my daughter was embarrassed to open her mouth. Her health choice they told me ran out when I took her back 2 days later to get him to fix his mistake . I didn't leave , I wasn't going leave . He has one job that's his job and if he doesn't care about his patients to to crappy work he needs to get out of the business. And further more on cleanings and check ups she would come out with no cavities . I've taken her to a new dentist yesterday 8-19-15. They found 13 yes 13 cavities . You don't have 13 cavities pop up from April 2015 until 8-19-2015. Parents take your children to dentist who really care and do their jobs correctly, it's our kids teeth not just this dentist claiming Medicaid benefits.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS MEDICAID PROFITING SORRY EXCUSE FOR A DENTIST.I wish I could give this place a NEGATIVE rating if I could. This is a dentist that prey on Medicaid patients. They herd them i, 20 at a time per hour for cleanings while people that need other treatment wait for hours. Our last visit there the first of the year was a 3 hour wait and the receptionist had an attitude after I asked her how much longer after an hour and a half wait. Then they took my son back and had him sitting there another 45 minutes before they started. After asking again when he came out he was crying (first time that happened) saying they were rough. Needless to say I cussed all of them out and cancelled ALL future appointments. We started at Smile Starters in GSO and we will finish there...should have never left!!! STAY AWAY FROM KIDS SMILE!!

Now a running joke

The Dentist here are good. My children have never had any problems and contrary to another reciew I read, I have just personally witnessed a mother being allowed back wth her screaming 4 year old. When my child was 2 I was allowed back since it was his first time. Also as I sit here at 9:40 there is no one in the waiting room and my kids were called back immediately.

However, I must complain about their movie selection. I have been bringing my children here for years, every six months and I swear to you every time we come in the movie Enchanted is playing. Every time. For at least the past 6 or 7 appointments. So over 3 years now they've been playing this movie. It's become a running joke with my kids and I now. Will they or won't they be playing it. Haha. I don't know how the employees can stand it say in and day out for 4 years.

go elsewhere

Dr. L and his staff suck. They are unprofessional at the front desk and they do not care about their customers. Today I got there at 1:30 and did not leave until 3:20 nobody in the front gave a DAMN!

To top it off then my daughter hears the dr. tryna pop off some noise about us impatient parents, when if the front desk did there damn job he wouldnt have to worry about us impatient parents. I will be going elsewhere.. I will not recommend them not even for my puppy..

This was the worst office I have ever been to!! There was so many people waiting in the waiting area you could hardly find a spot. Our apt was at 8 am and we didn't even get called back till almost 9! We didn't leave the office till around 11, I would definitely NOT recommend this office to anyone!!

I took my son (14) to Kidsmile...

I took my son (14) to Kidsmiles in High Point trying to find a new dentist closer to home and was pleased when they did the cleaning. We returned to have two small fillings done on another date. They provided me with a quote when I scheduled his appointment. When I got there they charged me $100.00 more then quoted. They tried to only do one filling, even though I paid for two and wanted me to return on another day. They ended up doing the second filling. The doctor gave him a shot, waited, then started working on him. He never tested to make sure he was numb, never asked if he was feeling any pain...just kept working because "his facial expressions didn't show pain". My son felt all of the second filling. I got him home and 8 hours later his jaw is swollen from where he got a shot. In his mouth, he has a spot that looks like a blister where the shot was given, which I might add isn't even close to the nerve. My neighbor who is a dental hygienist looked at it and said he wasn't even close!!!! I will never take my son back to this place. The entire time talking to the dentist about my dissatisfaction he kept trying to blame my son for not saying anything to him and not take any responsibility for what he did wrong! So in the end, I paid 100.00 more than expected, had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for two small fillings, and my son felt the entire second filling!

I never heard of a dentist who does not allow the parent to go back with your child, especially this day and time, that would be just stupid. They are very firm on that even if you have a special needs child. So sad if any parent would just hand over there child and not know how they are being treated. We found another dentist who actually cares about the child and his or her needs. Where the parent can and should go in with the child.

Dr. Lambio and his staff are fantastic - a pleasure to work with for both the parent and the patient! The dentist can be a particularly stressful place for children, yet Dr. Lambio and his staff are great at putting my son at ease (which is much easier said than done!). The work itself is always done beautifully. I have been bringing my children there for years and highly recommend him!

BE AWARE !!!!!

I wanted to take my children to the most wonderful dentist for their first visits even though we have medicaid, I feel like we should be treated the same. I saw an appealing billboard for Kidsmiles and called the number. When we got to the office, I was stunned at how beautiful it was almost too good to be true and it was just that! The waiting room was packed and we waited 45 min. to be called back. I felt like they did such a RUSH job on my childs teeth and the dr looked for I kid you not 3 sec. and said ok i see 4 cavities & no instrument was used. they were not visible cavities for sure! I went for a second opinion a & my child had no cavities. I see why the office is so nice now. they are running a SWEATSHOP with too little staff and 1 dr. and rushing patients in and out. People please be cautious of your surroundings because it is just not possible for 1 doctor to see that many people without making lots of mistakes! They are caring about the money, not your child!!!
