I love this place! The people here are friendly, motivational, encouraging and most of all family! They really work hard to make sure you achieve your goals. They are really wonderful people. You adapt to the environment and workouts. I have never done kickboxing, and this place showed me I was capable. Truly a full work out!

I love the energy this place gives off. It's contagious. I walked in wondering what I was doing up at 5:30am. I'm no time I found an energy I didn't know I had. Also a warm welcome for new comers.

This is my absolute favorite workout. The music is amazing. The instructors are fantastic and super encouraging. This workout is great no matter what fitness level you're at. You must try it out.
