Overall

Had trouble getting results of lab test done Jan 27 2015. I was given a card with instructions to call for results 1 week latter. The number always said nothing recorded then I called several workers in this office to be given different times the results would be available extremely frustrating. The last time I called someone said results have been mailed in lieu being called earlier in the day. It's currently Feb 6th still no results. It's time to look for another medical services provider and take my time paying my portion of this bill. Why doesn't this provider tell patients it will take two weeks up front for results then either telephone or send the patient a short letter with their results instead of handing them a dumb 3 x 5 card with instructions that may or may not work.
