The food is always good and the service is always been friendly. They even go out of their way to make sure that their customers are satisfied and I know this on a personal note. thank you.

Fantastic Food

We had a party and ordered a pork shoulder from Carter Brothers. It was excellent and it fed a huge crowd and we still had leftovers! I would definately recommend them for any large gathering.

What is there to complain about?

The food is fast, good and "too much"...My favorite is sliced pork , with potato salad (perfectly made), and fried okra (the onion rings are "tempura" style and sometimes soggy). For breakfast I like the grilled pork tenderloin, with gravy and a side of tomato. My husband's favorite is the beef ribs (fall off the bone goodness!) and the baked spaghetti dinner .
