Buffalo Wild Wings

Words can not express how ultimately pissed I am at Buffalos right now! I came here to watch a UFC fight and got here at 7:00 cause im starving. Well i told the host how many was in my group and before he seats me he ask am i here for the fight? "Yes" then he tells me he WONT seat me and he WONT even put my name on the waiting list to be seated until after 8:00! What?! I told him that i was hungry and had planned to eat now and i dont want to wait a hour or so just to be seated and eat. But he just said,"well you can go stand over at the bar". Im like are u kidding me right now. THIS PLACE SUCKS!

i was excited to eat at this new location. being young, most waitress' usually give me half-way service because they dont expect a tip. This restaurant was no exception.. when i asked to speak to the manager the customer service was even worse. A lot of changes need to be made for this restaurant in order for the average customer to be satisfied. I would sugguest starting with the management and working their way down. After seeing the way the manager handled the situation, i can see why the waitstaff acted the way they did. I will never eat at this location again.. and I wouldn't sugguest this restaurant to anyone who enjoys being taken care of.

I would not recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings. We didn't get our complete order, one SMALL container of Ranch for our 24 wings and Buffalo Chips ( three people). Ran out of drinks and were never given napkins until I had to walk over to where the waitress was talking in the back with other waitresses. I had to then ask for refills for our drinks, for ranch, and napkins. We never did get our full order we were missing two items. She then gave me bad attitude for the rest of the night. The Buffalo Wild Wings in Burlington is so much more proffesional. Will never eat at this one again.

Its a awsome place to hang with friends watch the game and eat wings, ribs, anything you can think of. The customer service could be better though..
