Sherri -Very Rude and unprofessional. I would suggest their staff take classes on email and letter writing etiquette. I received a letter in the mail from them and was embarrassed for them. I would never let anything leave my desk or office with such a foul and disrespectful tone.

We lived in a property for four years, they never had any problems or complaints from us. In December 2016, they say they are putting the house on the market and demanded a lot of extras from us; we decided it was time to look for a more peaceful place. It was a serious invasion of privacy. Lisa Duke broke the lease on many occasions by not giving us 24 hours notice to show the house; and it was all terribly inconvenient as my husband and both work long hours. We are finally moved and she says we won't get our deposit back because we did not notify her 30 days before moving. Thankfully, the landlord is a kind man, I notified him of the problem and I hope he defends us. I also plan to contact Legal Aid and Realtor associations to see if she has broken any rules. I rented from them for 2 years. They were professional and it something needed to be done, sometimes it did take a couple of weeks but they got it fixed. We had a problem with thr kitchen exhaust and they were nice enough to put in a new unit. I house I rented was bug free, newly painted and clean. However, they don't have an online payment so you do have to go to the office but the service is good and will definitely recommend.
This company was pretty bad when it was ran by Bob Fowler, and it is probably even worse now, that it is being run by Amy Hedgecock. As others mentioned they are rude (for lack of better words), and most unprofessional. It is also true, that once they get your money, you only hear from them when it is time to collect more. Other than that, their assistance is literally non existent. Too busy running their Facebook page, I guess.... Editing this review to note that Fowler and Fowler removed this same review from their Facebook page within 48 hours of posting, and within the same time period a 5 star review had appeared instead.....
