      Buyer Beware

      Don't get suckered into their contracts. 6+ months to get your boiler serviced. Bogus oil billing and price gouging! Stay Away!

      DON'T WALK -RUN FROM THEM

      This company is trying to bill me for two deliveries made to my neighbor's home. Had to pull teeth to have copies of delivery receipts sent to me and low and behold they contain the name and address of my neighbor. Despite that the company insists they confirmed with their driver that he delivered to my address. Yeah, sure he remembers. The customer service people at this company try to be helpful but one manager was uncompromising when I all I asked for was to get copies of receipts they billed me for and for which I already paid. Naturally, I knew all along their reluctance was because I didn't get the oil deliveries and the delivery receipts would confirm it. They are nevertheless holding their ground and insisting I got the deliveries. Had to finally file a complaint with the BBB. This company is not one you want to do business with. I switched to Perillo Bros. and so far, am very happy. One last thing, Slomin's also doesn't do yearly burner maintenance on Saturdays. Hello, what about us working people????
