        The company took forever to contact us with an estimate for damage and then wanted money before the work was actually done. It was hard to get them on the phone to get information and the receptionist always seemed to be busy or had no information for the questions asked. After two whole weeks of going back and forth with the company trying to get pricing we couldn't even use them because of how they wanted payment. Extremely disappointing.
