Went to pick up a part for my business and the idiot behind the counter was busy having a chat with someone about a woman that doesn't speak English and they were having a hoot of a time. the other person behind the counter was on a computer. the place was empty. I was completely ignored. if I didn't need the part I would have left. their help is terrible.Will not go back there. Don't know how they stay in business. Sam Hoffman would turn in his grave if he saw this.
Very nice high end stuff. Completely idiotic sales and customer service. Had part # and ready to buy if price was right. Could not see salesperson without appointment. Left a msg w/ manager to advise strange loss of an easy sale and he was short, somewhat rude and disinterested. Advised I could go to parts counter for retail price but they would have to clear contractor price with salesperson (the one I couldn't see in the 1st place). Lots of hassle for an $800 faucet. One call to AF Liberty up the street, had my quote on the phone, paid for and picked up a few minutes later and pricing was $150 lower. Good luck to Blackman. It's a beautiful showroom. Go check out what you want to buy and get it for less $ and less hassle somewhere else. That seems to be their business model.
