Horrible Experience At this location! Took broken phone in & was informed that the insurance has changed, my deductible has now more than doubled. The Hispanic man at the desk took my phone plugged it up & made a call to see what water damage was suppose to look like, He could not confirm what was wrong. Next he says that he's not costumer service & that I need to contact CS or insurance to file a claim even though its obvious that I don't have a phone to do so on I also ask that my plan be suspended because I don't know how long the process of getting another phone will take & was informed that this was not possible! I have paid for a months service that I can not use! I even had to get on the phone with whom ever he had on the line because he didn't know what to ask or how to help other than giving me a list of numbers to call without having a phone. I will be changing my provider. When I told him this he gave me my account number so I wouldn't have any trouble porting my number.
