Quinton and Chan did great work. They were excellent at explaining what they found and the options for how to fix the plumbing problems in my house in a way that I could understand and make a reasonable decision about our next steps. Both were also personable and honest.

I didn't enjoy the contact I had with the office. I felt brushed off and was shocked by the lack of information and speed of scheduling with an office that is backed by a national chain. It seems the staff I remembered on the office side are no longer there, and this location is under new management. The tradesmen doing the actual work are the same, though, and I'd use those guys again in a heartbeat.

Words can not express how grateful my husband and I are for the exceptional service we received for our plumbing issues! From the initial call, and speaking with Christina, who is not only professional and knowledgeable, but incredibly comforting and accommodating! She had Service Technician named Lynn, come to our home within a couple of hours (on a Monday morning I might add!)to address our major and urgent plumbing needs. He ended up being the answer to our prayers as this issue had been going on for months, and we were beginning to feel discouraged in terms of losing hope it would ever be resolved without it costing a fortune. He was extremely thorough, took his time, and not only found the problem, but called the company who cleaned out our septic tank to address his concerns, and brainstorm with their Service Technicians on how to fix the problem when they come back to our house. From start to finish it was exceptional service on EVERY level. They have customers for life in us, and I will be advising everyone I know to take advantage of their outstanding services! I am beyond happy with the outcome, and even more thrilled to report that customer service is not dead...it is alive and well with Roto-Rooter! They are a testament to why it is so important, and how you gain and retain customers! Happy homeowner :)
