        High Price / No Management

        Bought a set of firestones here took almost four hours due to incompetent management. Tried to get car aligned but technician was incompetent and couldn't get one tie rod nut loose. One tire developed leak so since I purchase road hazard insurance, took car back, this is a huge store and they only had one tech working. I don't guess their manager knew how to help, all he did was walked around & watched.
