I ordered a cake for a previous birthday for my son it was beautiful but wasn't very tasty, so this birthday I found someone to make me a simple cake and I emailed Cornerstone pictures of some figures I wanted them to make. When I didn't get an email back I called them and spoke to someone who promised to email me pricing. I received an email and they asked me when I needed it by. I responded with the date and never heard anything else. I called today to check on my order and they tell me that they didn't do my order because I didn't pay a deposit. I said you didn't ask me for a deposit you asked me for the date I needed the order, and I provided that to you. She tells me that they don't have time to do my order at this time.... So I have no decorations for my sons cake!!! I will never do any business with cornerstone again.
