        The service man who came out was very nice and explained just what he was doing and how my 3 door cooler worked. However I was told that I would get a call before he showed up. No call. Had to go make a delivery and got a call he was there waiting for me. Frustrating. He had a fix for me and asked before changing out parts - appreciated that. Then I got the bill for 1/2 hr longer then he was actually there, called the office- the lady who answered ( very short and not friendly ) explained, after dragging it out of her, that your time starts once the agent leaves his last job before you ! That is NOT explained when she told me on the first call that it is 75.00 for first hour and 30.00 truck fee. - BEWARE if your tech is 45 min away your gonna pay 50.00 some dollars for him to drive to your house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
