I have a company and personal account with Enterprise. I have conducted business with them for years. Each location does have it's quirks, BUT I found if you let them know up front your concerns they will try to resolve it PRIOR to the pick up of the rental.
I have rented from Enterprise for many years. This last time, they were a little pushy in trying to sell me additional insurance. My auto insurance covers rental cars. In the fall, we rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Switzerland. Upon return of this vehicle, there was a scrape mark on the rear fender, which we were totally unaware of. Looked like somebody had bumped against it with their own bumper. We were charged a $250 red light fine?, plus $748, (including $100 handling fees) for repairs. We will never rent from Enterprise, Alamo, or National again. We will rent from Avis/Budget. We plan to take this to whomever we need to make sure that American tourists are not targeted when visiting foreign countries.
I rent vehicles from Enterprise several times a year. The staff is great. The new email check in and statement at the close of the transaction are excellent. The only thing that I can complain about is the wait on the rental to be ready.
Let me start by saying I've been an Enterprise customer for over 20 years and this is the first Enterprise location where I was treated rudely and unprofessionally.When the female humanoid (she doesn't deserve any other title) behind the counter found out I didn't have a major credit card she denied me service. I was completely amiable up to this point. However, she decided to belittle me by smirking and joking to her fellow employee because of how miffed I was. No other location has ever denied me service.Since then, I have called the national customer service center and determined that I am not on their "do not rent" list, but I guess they have deemed me an unworthy person of their service, so they have taken the extraordinary step of denying me service anyway.If you decide to rent here you do so at your own risk. I would never treat another person as I was treated at this sub-standard rental location. I was definitely taken off guard and aghast at their lack of professionalism.
Always very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Their rates are by far the best around and their cars are always very well kept up and maintained! Great job Enterprise!
I've always rented from Enterprise in the past in general and always had a great experience. Recently I rented from this location this past weekend and I was able to get a great deal for upgrading. For the life of me, I can't remember her name but she had short blond and she was able to accommodate me every step of the way! Thank you =]
Service was awesome! Friendly, quick and reasonable. But... The Versa they gave me to use, NOT the car for long trips. Yes, great gas miles but very uncomfortable. The seats were hard and stiff, the steering collum felt off. Even our 7 year old was complaining from the backseat. So, great place overall, avoid the Versa for anything longer than an hours drive.
I would definitely recommend to anyone. The car was ready for me when i got there, which made the contract part of it breeze by.
Outstanding experience in every way. Shelley was especially helpful, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Truck was clean, in good working order and fun to drive. Enterprise has been con sisterly the best rental company I have dealt with.
I shopped online for weeks to get a van for the beach. I ended up with Enterprise in Hickory, because they had the best rate. Upon arrival the total matched, but as I was leaving they stated I had to return the vehicle at 9am on the last day. This was not what was agreed to on the phone. I also arrived about 15 minutes early to pick up our vehicle. I was taught on time is late. Not one person was there early - hence they had 6 people waiting on them to open up.When I dropped off my van I accidently left my garage door opener in the car. When I went back to get it their response was they probably had already given the van to someone else. - So you assign cars to other customers without cleaning or looking them over first???? I drove through their parking lot found the van with my garage opener. - No one even went with me to look they just clicked the opener from inside and said go get it.
