Excelente negocio. No lo puedo recomendar mas. Note que habían unos “reviews” negativos.

I am pleading with you all! ***BEWARE! ***This began as a great experience. They saved me money, but the transmission lasted just a couple of months past their warranty. I was suspicious, but my mechanic suggested I should let him communicate with them first to see what the cost would be. I was willing to pay because I trust my mechanic. I have known him almost 30 years. He spoke to the owners, and they agreed to repair it at no cost. I was extremely grateful. They installed a transmission cooler because their theory was that the heat may have led to premature failure. I paid for the cooler, and they completed the work. When I picked it up, all appeared to be fine. When I exited the highway, I realized the transmission was slipping. Over time I discovered that whenever the transmission passes 200 degrees it begins to slip. I told my mechanic, and he tried for months to contact the shop to look into the issue. Each time, he was unable to get the owner to commit to a time or date to research the issue, and I was forced to deal with it. Over the months that have passed, I have been forced to remain under a certain speed when driving, and watch the temperature of the transmission adamantly. This is a huge inconvenience. My mechanic has stopped sending him work. The owner of this shop does not care about the well being of customers. Do not allow his polite demeanor, and knowledge fool you. Look for another shop, and do not get involved with these people. If it costs you more somewhere else, just make sure they stand behind their work. Father & Son Transmission represents what is wrong with the automotive repair industry!
After having a horrible experience at another transmission place, which took them 3 weeks to have my transmission "badly fixed", I was recommended to come to F & S transmission by a brother who had a great experience at this place. So, I decided to come over to have my truck's transmission repaired. I was told that they will fix it in a couple days, which honest to God, I did not believe it at first. Once I made it to my office, and started reading my emails, I found an email from F & S with an attachment. The attachment was the picture of my truck with their people working on it, and the bad transmission getting fixed at their work-counter.... unbelievable... LOL. After having the trauma with the previous transmission shop, I found the light !!
Went to get a second opinion at tranny tech, for my 2004 Ford F150 with 168,000 miles.I was told at another transmission shop, that the converter was probably damaged and I should do a complete transmission rebuild. I spoke to Ivan, one of the shop owners. Ivan took my truck on a test drive. After driving the truck several miles, Ivan told me that it was not the converter or anything related to the transmission. He told me that it was was an engine misfire and I should take it to my mechanic to have it checked out. There are very few people left in this world that do anything honestly anymore. But Ivan is definitely one of the few does run his business honestly. Great job guys!
The only spot in town I've taken my wife and my own car in the last 9 years. Excellent customer service, a little cafecito and chit chat while waiting for my car. Humberto is an amazing human being and has taken care of us like we are family. Every time I go in I feel right at home. Other clients waiting in the lobby are always laughing and having a great time. So many positive vibes all around. Aside from the atmosphere our cars have ran smoothly for the last 9 years. I recommend this business to all of my friends as well and they're extremely happy with the service as am I. Thanks Humberto!
Recommended to replace my '07 Hummer H3 transmission by Lazaro from JMori Painting. The service was awesome. Transmission did have an overflow, in which they quickly took a look and physically showed me the problem. They fully explained what to do. I'm very pleased I would definitely come back if needed.
Awesome!!! I took my 1987 Grand National to Tranny Tech because my transmission was slipping in 2nd and 3rd. Please understand that this car is my pride and joy and the only reason I drove from Coral Springs to Hialeah was that Tranny Tech was highly recommended by my normal mechanic. When I got to Tranny Tech Ivan and Freddy told me my baby was in good hands. Well 3 days later I had my car back and the transmission was shifting better than I can ever remember. These guys are the real deal. You can tell when you enter the shop there are transmissions everywhere because that's all they do...they are the Gods of transmissions!!! They do all types of transmissions, not just racing cars like my Grand National. If any of my other cars have a tranny issues this is the only place I will go. And one final note, their prices can't be beat. I was expecting to spend a lot more but I'll say it again, the price was Awesome too. If you want a "perfect" transmission fix or replacement experience you should call Ivan or Freddy at Tranny Tech. bobg
Not a great service. Go with intermittent problem in my car and they did not even bother to check it out with the computer... come back when the problem is severe he said. Yeah right. Seat down to wait for me to come back.
I've been doing business with these guys for a while now but just recently had to get the tranny on my dully rebuilt. These guys under promised and over delivered. Not only was the price fair but the truck performs exactly as they promised. They can build any kind of transmission and make it work exactly like they say it will. Wether you deal with Ivan or Frank(brothers)they will both treat you fairly and stand behind their products and services.
I've taken Mercedez Benz 2012 there twice now & I was very impressed on how quickly my car was in & out. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to Benz dealers. Miguel and Alex were very knowledgeable n professional. Highly recommend them!
