I ordered a set of double security doors in October of 2017 to be delivered to my address in Hialeah, Florida. My credit card was charged $1800 that day but the doors were never delivered. Every week for SIX MONTHS i have dealt with the mysterious disappearance of these doors. They were to be delivered to my freight forwarder, Seaboard Marine, in Hialeah since I live full-time in Belize for work. LOWE'S REPEATEDLY "CONFIRMED" THAT MY DOORS HAD BEEN DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS THAT I PROVIDED WHEN I PLACED THE ONLINE ORDER. However, just recently the doors were "found" in the Lowe's "resale" room after so many months, yet Lowe's had no explanation as to where these missing doors were for all of these months, didn't even apologize, didn't offer me a discount for all the stress and trouble not to mention a gross pointless waiting period, nor for giving me repeated false information to confirm that the doors were delivered when they were NOT. It is only when I threatened for a refund did they "find" the doors. Last week I asked for the doors to be redelivered, they confirmed over the phone that would be done, and when I called a week later (yesterday) there was NO RECORD OF THE DOORS BEING REORDERED, and again, no one knew what was going on with my account. I asked for a full refund because I can't play this ridiculous game any longer with this company. I HAVE YET TO BE REFUNDED MY $1800. Also, it's interesting that my entire order history has been deleted from my account online. I can only assume I will have to call them 5 more times to get my money. This is so unfortunate because I really wanted those doors for my house. I will have to find them from Home Depot. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S ONLINE ORDER SERVICE.
