I've lived here for years and it's not what it used to be. The new property manager is rude and ignorant. She lacks basic human communication skills, tact and compassion. The rent is not terrible which is why I am giving it 2 stars. Ever since the property management changed this place has gone down hill. So sad to see such a wonderful complex become dilapidated. A lot of their apartment have moisture issues and mold/mildew problems. Please beware. Again we've lived here for almost 10 years and watched not just the complex but the neighborhood crash. We've been mugged at our front door. We've had someone try to break in while we are home all in the last year.
I currently live here and I have since September of 2014. I personally have no complaints. I do not see any of the leasing agents as rude, they do have a serious demeanor but I believe that's so that they do not create a bond with the tenants and than the tenants expect them to make exceptions. They run a pretty tight ship but I like it. They're pretty good at fixing things and fumigate once a month and if you see any bugs, just call them and they will put your apartment on the fumigation schedule for that week. My only complaint is the garbage bins are sparse in the complex. It sucks having to walk so far to take out the trash, especially if its a rainy week in Miami or you had a long day at work. Also, as far as rent rates, I think they are decent for the area, I checked other complexes, such as Antigua which is unclean looking from the out side as well as apartments in the mohrs and those are way higher and do not include anything! So I'm overall happy with these apartments and the staff.
Living in this place is a complete joke! *Lets start by the laundry rooms, machines broken and sometimes you enter your laundry card and it takes all the money left (for management to replace your money its a headache) * Every month they leave you an annoying paper on how important it is to pay your rent, HOW ABOUT YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE LAUNDRY ROOMS instead of wasting paper. *If you love pets or have pets DO NOT RENT HERE, it is $750.00 PER PET! What? does this include a gold bone or will you wipe my dogs ***???*They decided to fix the parking lots and to paint the building, GREAT NEWS! however get ready, they will probably raise the rent as if you lived in BRICKELL OR MIAMI BEACH.*Security? useless. *You pay for water (I have never paid for water before)Save yourself the hassle and do not even consider visiting this place, they are BRICKELL LIVING WANNA BE, EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! NOT WORTH IT, Go look somewhere else. Rude very rude management and the lady who answers the phone talks to you in such a w.e way.
Not such a good place to live in. Pros: Locations and priceCons: Leasing office agents, Parking, insect infestation, they show you the apartments when someone just moved out and their in horrible condition.I wouldn't really recommend this place for long term living. The location isnt bad, and the price isnt bad. Everything here is ok until you have a complaint or problem. Vicky from the leasing office is very unprofessional and has no customer service. might be because she's hideous or maybe because she obese, still trying to figure it out. Stay away from this place if you can. Handy men and the rest of the people who work here are rude as well, and do not speak a word of english, which is very frustrating.
i have lived in this apt for 4 yrs and 2 yrs in 1996. they are real quick at collecting the rent but do not want to fix anything. i have mold and mildew haalf way up the walls in my utility room the ac does not work properly i have 140 electric bills and i keep having to ask about the garbage disposal being fixed and there is a hole at the bottom of the door for the air going out,the security gate never works, the jacuzzie has been broke since i moved in there these are all stuff we are suppose to be paying for.
