Crazy Tails grooming salon is wonderful and safe place to leave your dogs when you want them well groomed. The staff is very friendly and loving to the pets. I have been taking my two Maltese there for about 3 years or so and I love the results each and every time. They are true professionals, and I highly recommend them :)Great service!

I just picked up my dog DUke he is a doberman pincher. And i am very pleased with the training he has recieved. For the first time he listens and i can finally walk with him. Just the first day back but i am very pleased. I will be returning for advanced training once he is older. I would recommend Humberto 110%
Great service and great staff!
If anyone can give there honest opinion about crazy tails would be me. To begin with they are the best groomers i have ever seen. They are VERY careful and loving with the animals. I have never seen better customer service. Especially from me. Customers come hoping for a good grooming on there dog but receive a great grooming. The owner and manager make a great team, and they are very geunine and understanding people. I gurantee you that you will love your experience with CRAZY TAILS (:
I have been taking my pups there ever since they first open their doors. I love the fact that they show so much love and care for the dogs. Love the place, love the grommers and the service they offer me everytime I go. Btw, the Halloween / Fall pictures were awesome! Can't wait to see my prints!
Us dog-lovers are very careful about who we leave our dogs with. They are part of our family and we want to leave them with people would we know will care for them and not mistreat them. Unfortunately, that was not the case when I dropped off my 3 ½ lb Teacup Yorkie at Crazy Tails Grooming. The $60 grooming service became a $1,900 surgery because of this establishment. I am new to the area and needed to take my dog to be groomed. I searched on the internet and found that the closest location to me was Crazy Tails Grooming. Nonetheless, I took my dog hoping that I would be pleased with the results. When my husband went to pick her up, the head groomer advised my husband that she had a limp leg. They advised us to take her to a nearby vet to have her checked out since she was not in that condition when we dropped her off. The veterinarian advised us that she had a tear in a crucial ligament on her leg that would only be caused by a “trauma” to the leg and that she would need surgery to repair it. In fear that they may have dropped her or mishandled her while she was there, we returned to Crazy Tails and let then know that she needed surgery and that it would be $1,900. The owner said that he had asked his employees and had looked at the cameras and that he did not see anything happen. He said that he is not responsible for what happened to my dog and that we signed a waiver when we left her that stated they would not be responsible for any physical damage to the pet caused while the dog was being groomed. He would not allow us to see the video footage nor did he even have the courtesy of reimbursing us for the $60 even after the incident occurred on the premises. After speaking to a few co-workers, the two that actually had been there before, said they would never take their dogs there again because they always come back with scratches or cuts. Any dog-lover would not want to leave their loved one to be groomed there. Take it from me. My dog will be having her surgery tomorrow which will cost $1,900 plus the cost of medication and will take 2 months to recover. It breaks my heart to see her walk on three legs and even more so when she tries to get on her hind legs to get my attention and falls because of the torn ligament. Our dogs are our family and I would never wish for anyone to have to go through this. Please do your research (thoroughly) when you leave your dogs somewhere. Don’t leave them here. I know that whatever happened, happened there and they were very quick to get on the defense and not take responsibility for what happened to my dog.
The first visit, they were on time and very friendly. Was late the next 4 out of 5 times. One time, she never showed up. Waited an hour before I called to find out why, to be told the generator broke down). Understandable, but she could have had the decency to call and let me know instead of me waiting around for an hour. This past weekend, she didn't show up at all again. I called, texted, emailed, left a voice message No response. Nothing. What a horrible way to run your business. If you can't handle the customer volume, at least have the courtesy to contact your customers and let them know instead of ignoring them and dropping them out of the blue. Would not recommend Roamin' Baths to anyone, unless you like inconsistency, irresponsibility, and undependable service.
