Ordered a radiator from here, through eBay, on Tuesday March 27th because the company was located just an hr and a half south of me, so I figured I’d get my shipment pretty quickly. Received a tracking number through PayPal Wednesday morning. Immediately checked the status of my shipment and it said ‘Ready for UPS’, so I figured they had just gotten it ready.Checked it again Wednesday late afternoon and it still hadn’t updated, so I called them. Some lady answered and said I’d need to call back Thursday. Called back Thursday morning and was told I was given the wrong tracking number, so the guy sent me a new one. Checked the new one right then, then again Thursday afternoon and it stated the same thing as the first one, ‘Ready for UPS’ both times. Checked my email again to see if maybe I had copied the wrong tracking number and seen that the guy sent me yet another tracking number that afternoon, except that tracking number wasn’t long enough. Called them again and the guy stated that maybe UPS’s system hadn’t updated because he knew it shipped Wednesday. Called UPS and they stated they hadn’t received anything from this company in relation to my order other than they had printed a shipping label and that they would immediately scan the label when they receive it, so it WOULD update immediately; so I called the company back again and talked with the same guy. I stressed to him that I NEEDED the radiator by Saturday because my Father In Law was in town JUST to put it in for me (he came from 2 states away) and that he was leaving Sunday morning. He said he’s not sure why it’s not updating on UPS, but that I should have my shipment by Saturday. Friday morning rolls around, I checked UPS again and IT STILL WAS THE SAME! Called them again and spoke with the Manager (or that’s who I had asked to speak to). He said the issue was that they had to get my radiator from another one of their locations because they didn’t have it where I had originally ordered it from, but that he could see it was shipped out Thursday.... When I questioned him about it being ‘shipped Thursday’ when the other guy said it shipped Wednesday, he said he’s not sure why I was told that, but that it definitely shipped Thursday. He asked me to call back after 2pm because he wanted to check with the person who shipped it to me about what’s going on. Called that afternoon (after seeing that nothing had changed STILL with UPS) and was told that if nothing changed by the end of day Friday, I’d have my money refunded.As of today, Monday, April 2nd, nothing has changed via UPS. I’ve called and they stated they have issued a refund and have no idea what’s going on with my shipment or where it’s at even!I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!
I ordered a radiator from this company on eBay on Thanksgiving day. In a matter of a few hours on the same day I contacted the company through email on Ebay to cancel the order. I checked today and the ordered was "shipped". I immediately called the company to stop the order and was given excuses and attitude and then hung up on. The prices are great but the company needs to train their people on good customer service. I will never buy anything from them again.
I called to check the status of my order and no one knew what was going on. Finally was put into contact with someone after half and hour was told that my order was not shipped out because they didn't have it in stock. You would think they would let you know that before you order but no, completely unprofessional. The only reason why they get 2 stars is because they do have good prices. Other than that, think twice before getting anything with this company.
