Lemott Hodges (technician number 4879) came and did a great job resetting our toilet and getting the foul order coming from the drains to go away . My marketing presentation got soaked in the rain, Luckily i had it backed up in my jump drive. I quickly stopped into the ups store with 25 minutes before class started and had them printed. The quality was so much better than the printers at home it looked real professional, one of the employees even recommended that i have it binded to look more appealing. I got all that taken care of in just under 10 minutes. Made it to class on time and recieved an A on the presentation. Great staff and customer service. Recommended for students with any type of printing or binding job.

I had used them in the past, never again there prices keep getting more more out of hand , outrageous in fact. i found a great company less than half the cost. .

When I called 1:00 am on a friday night when we had an emergency they had no technicians available till the next day you would think a national company like them would be able to have men available call ed another company they where out in 20 minutes I would never call again or recomend them to any one

The UPS store in Hialeah is great. I needed a notary on a holiday weekend. That's not easy to find. But the the Hialeah store was open and had a notary on staff all day.

The notarized letter was also time sensitive and they were able to get it to it destination on time.
