Called to look for a particular lock. With one call I found the product I was looking for and made an appointment. In under an hour I had a tech at my door to install multiple locks. Professional, knowledgeable, and a good attitude. Lastly John at the store was of the most amazing people I have with in a long time.

These guys are the best!! Juan was very helpful and personable. I walked in with an old car I recently purchased. The car had the trunk locked and its two front doors not locking and unlocking properly. In no time I was out of there with no more worries and everything working like a charm. The price was very reasonable too. Highly recommend!

Called and spoke to John, and described my need to him. He made an appointment for this afternoon. When I arrived, he was swamped but said he would be with me in 15 minutes. Ten minutes later he was working on my new key pod for my 2005 Honda. It works perfectly, and he charged me less than 1/3 the dealer cost. Can't thank you enough, John. Really appreciate it.

Very satisfied with the servive, show up quickly as promised, open the door withing a couple of minutes and price was affordable, thought would have to buy new lock and actually saved me money by suggesting other options, least expensive and actually just as secured, I really appreciated the honest and respectful way I was treated. very proffesional

I am very pleased with their service. They showed up 30 minutes after I called, as promised. It took him less than 30 seconds to open the door! I have had other companies come over to solve the same problem before and it has taken them much longer to show up, and much longer to open the door. MAJESTIC LOCKSMITH used an electric tool to open the door and as I said before, it took him a few seconds to open it. Very pleased.
