Never had a problem here. Great staff and excellent doctor. Very experienced in what she does. I have noticed that the only patients who have issues here are the ones who don't follow directions or are impatient. I would wait a whole day just to be seen by her or any doctor here. They are the absolute best at what they do and it is undeniable by the amount of patients and recommendations they have.

First appointment, The receptionist couldn't give me directions on how to get it (had to go to yahoo.maps). When I got there, I was in an office with no place to sit and the office personnel got upset because I was leaning against her counter to write. Now, it has taken me two days and several calls to get a prescription faxed to the hospital.



Add that to the usual, acceptable problems of waiting one month for the initial visit (which was canceled by the office), then they couldn't reschedule for another month. I had to get my doctor to call her personally to get the appointment.
