Valentine's Day breakfast with my husband and my son....
We get seated at the table behind the wine rack, The waitress, a Colombian lady gave us styrofoam cups of water, the attention was AWFUL, not a soul came to ask if we were ok, after I got up to ask the hostess why the table in front of us was eating and she gave me the lamest excuse, the food came to the table cold. Never again and I'm going to spread my experience. AWFUL SERVICE EVER! -10 stars!!!! I give one because it's the only way I can submit this review.

I went with my grandmother to take out breakfast on a Sunday after a next door business had recommended them. When we walked in place was packed the sign said "please wait to be seated"After a young lady acknowledged us I told her we were taking out, she pointed us to the bar area and did not even give us a menu. Once at the bar we waited 15 min to be acknowledged by one of the waitresses. Finally then we could obtain a menu. Once we decided for one of the breakfasts on their list which said "2 scrambled eggs with ham, bacon OR sausage, potatoes OR grits, toast" for $4.50 bc it DID NOT INCLUDE the Cafe con Leche which would make it $5.99. The young lady charged us $5.99 for each breakfast and made a additional charge for the sausage which should've been included. I even tipped them thinking that their disorder and unfriendly bad attitude was due to bring so full. When I finally left and opened my breakfast the scrambled eggs were not seasoned, the ham was on the side, gave me two cafe con Leche which I DID NOT ORDER and to top it off no silverware. The total without the tip I left them was $15.82. Way too overpriced for two breakfast. Owner needs to have a SERIOUS TALK EITH WAITRESSES that take the orders, that's where the mistakes are made; INCLUDING THEIR ATTITUDE towards the customers. Also the waitresses NEED TO KNOW THE MENU AND PRICES NIT CHARGE EVERYTHING THE SAME!!! If it wasnt bc I could not post without a star this place would receive no stars. Definitely not returning to THIS Latin American restaurant. Rather drive further from home to receive good service.
