PLEASE READ, DON'T LET WHAT HAPPENED TO ME, HAPPEN TO YOU!! I had the most terrible experience of my life with the service department over at the Autonation Honda in Miami Lakes and honestly rating them 1 star, is too much. I was helped by a service advisor who I thank for actually trying to help me throughout this nightmare of an experience as a first time tier 1 owner of a Honda. I strongly suggest anyone that needs to service they're Honda to STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER, they do not want to help you, they make it extremely difficult and STEAL your money. They took advantage of my ignorance, and did nothing in their power to help whatsoever, specially HENRY the service manager. Not even American Honda did a thing for me. HENRY was rude and disrespectful with me on the phone and did nothing to help my situation considering the circumstances. Don't let these thieves take advantage of you and stay away. Worst dealer you can go to.

I got my car about two years ago. Unlike the other reviewer here, my car runs perfectly. I have a 2008 dodge avenger. There have been no problems with it. As long as you pay them monthly you won't have any problems.

I advise anybody. I mean anybody that this is a terrible car lot to never to purchase a car from. They'll lose your payment history...say you owe them when you have paid your car note and come get your car without a call or anything. ALL the cars are fixed up from previously being wrecked so your always going to fix something on it. Plz beware of these ppl they seem nice at first but are true a**holes. You have been WARNED!
I don't know who wrote the review with 5 star's maybe an employee but mine experience was the total opposite. Geico adjuster didn't explain anything had to ask her to come out to show damages. Receptionist in Body Shop is rude barely speaks English and the shop is a total mess. They do not follow up adjuster ask me to come and pick up my car got there it was in pieces found more damages on my vehicle. I don't think that Geico know whats going on. So DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. If I could given no stars I would....
Very EXCELLENT service. I couldn't have asked for better service from these guys. I have GEICO and the adjuster there had answered all of my questions without leaving me in any doubt. I own a 2015 Lexus IS 250 F Sport and they repaired it like the dealer would. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Johnny from the collision center and he made sure all of the parts were the correct ones. The only problem I had was that my tire pressure was much lower than what I gave it to them after a week, but without much question, a mechanic named Rubio took my car and filled my tires with nitrogen to the proper pressure. I was COMPLETELY satisfied with their service and I recommend it.
