Awesome selection and customer service . Very knowledgeable and friendly I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends .
The worst service ever Manager was very rude.... She overheard my phone conversation with my sister and assume that I was talking about her..and made me wait addition 2 hours to pick up my rental...
One of the worst experiences of my life, I made a reservation for a Premium SUV, confirmed the number of people that I needed this SUV for, not with 1 phone call but with 2 separate phone calls. I rented an 8 passenger Suburban for daughter's Bday dinner. When I arrived at the location vehicle was not at the location, the representative that took care of me was very nice and said it would be 20 min. It took 4hrs and my reserved /confirmed vehicle never arrived. I was given a a vehicle that was smaller than what I needed but at this point I had to take what they had I needed a vehicle for my daughters dinner. We rode like sardines to dinner but we made the best of it. The manager Chris is useless, rude and should NOT be in a management position!!!! When I returned the next day the same exact scenario was happening and Chris was giving the same excuses and lies he had pushed on me, this is a regular occurrence at Enterprise. DO NOT USE ENTERPRISE they are NOT reliable.
RA#264920....Not at all happy when a discount is offered and NOT honored!!!! Requested a smaller car was advised by Pastor to call if no smaller car available he will issue me a discount if small car not available, decided to call and Pastor answered the phone and said he remembered what he offered me and said to please hold.....well I was on hold for 25 minutes hanged up and called back and lady that answered said he was with a customer!!!!!!! REALLY!!!! why didn't he say that first!!!! The reps really know how pass the buck around!!! When ever my car has to go in for service or repair I totally CRINGE when I'm told I'm getting a rental!!!!! I'd rather walk home!!!! And twice I declined and courtesy car took me home!!
Sucks! Nobody was there when I arrived ON TIME for my reservation. A sign saying back in 15 with a number to call. Called the number and rep was nonchalant about not being there. Told me to wait or go to another location. I told him to cancel reservation. He told me to call the 1-800#. I did, and filed a complaint, but doesn't seem to do any good as they are still in business. After telling other people about my experience here, they too told me of the same thing happening to them. Don't waste your time unless you have time to waste.
Great service every time, staff is friendly and go beyond their duties to help the customers. Although, many customers are upset and rude, staff keep calm and continue to give the best service possible.
